Thank you for shopping at JK Precious Metals If, for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date you have received it.
• Your item must be in original condition and packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE AT JKPM DISCRETION ONLY.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item and it passes our inspection, we will notify you of receipt.
• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original method of payment.

Shipping

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM/S. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
